Where Insight Becomes Transformation

Individual Psychotherapy

I provide psychotherapy for individuals in Brisbane CBD experiencing a range of emotional, psychological, and relational difficulties. Therapy offers a confidential space to understand what is happening for you and to find new ways to move forward in your life with greater clarity and direction.

I accept referrals through Medicare (Mental Health Treatment Plan) as well as private referrals.

People commonly seek therapy for:

  • Anxiety, stress, and excessive worry

  • Depression, low mood, and loss of motivation

  • Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) and mind–body symptoms

  • Rumination, overthinking, and self-doubt

  • Relationship difficulties, including conflict and emotional disconnection

  • Challenges in intimate relationships or with a partner

  • Parenting difficulties and family stress

  • Work-related stress, burnout, and performance concerns

  • Feeling stuck, lost, or uncertain about life direction

My approach is grounded in psychoanalytic psychotherapy, focusing on both present difficulties and the underlying patterns that contribute to them. Together, we work toward meaningful and lasting change—helping you shift unhelpful patterns, improve relationships, and develop new ways of engaging with yourself and others.

Together, we explore complex cases, refine your interventions, and strengthen your capacity to work ethically and effectively.

Courses & Psychoanalytic Study Groups

I facilitate courses and study groups for clinicians and students interested in deepening their understanding of psychoanalytic psychotherapy.

These spaces bring together theory and discussion, allowing participants to engage critically with key psychoanalytic concepts while connecting them to clinical practice. The emphasis is on dialogue, questioning, and developing a nuanced clinical perspective.

Participants leave not only with stronger theoretical knowledge, but with an enhanced capacity to listen, think, and work with the complexities of their patients.
